Moonward: shutter distracting shore lights and help hatchlings reach the water. Current: become a baby sea turtle, steer through gates, and cross beach, surf and open water.
Choose Help beside either game, or press H. The illustrated field guide covers touch and keyboard controls, exact scoring and the real wildlife story. Opening it pauses active play. Closing it returns you to the same crossing.

Your device best stays in this browser. An online game receives a server challenge. After a qualifying finish, the server replays your recorded controls and calculates the score. The all-time list grows with recorded entries to a maximum of 1,000. Each game has its own board. No player account or name is required.
Moonward requires all three waves and at least one rescue. Current requires finishing the 60-second course with a heart remaining. Practice scores can appear in your device best but do not enter the public board. Replay checks verify game rules; they cannot establish human play.
If an online challenge cannot be prepared, you can play a practice round. The game identifies it as practice. If submission fails after an online run, your device best remains available when browser storage works, but that attempt may not appear on the public board. Reloading a page starts over; an unfinished crossing is not saved across reloads.
Use Pause or the Space bar. Switching to another tab pauses active play. Moonward starts with sound off; its sound button turns the small game tones on or off. Current has no game audio. The games reduce decorative motion when your device requests reduced motion; turtle movement remains necessary for play.
The guardian mother, Moonlift, points and current gates are game inventions. Hatchlings do use natural horizon cues, and artificial light really can disorient them. A visible moon is not required. The games store personal bests in this browser and send anonymous game controls for public-score verification. There are no player accounts, player-name forms or analytics cookies. Hosting providers process normal connection data. See the explanation beside each public board before playing.
